We are now scaling to $1M+ ARR and looking for a founding team to join us on the adventure 📈

The Role

We are looking for a Founding Product & Design Lead to join our team as one of our first key hires. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company, our culture, and our product offerings. You will fully own the design and product development process, working closely with engineering teams to spec and deliver on requirements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead the design and development of product features from concept to launch, ensuring a delightful user experience
• Utilize Figma extensively for designing, prototyping, and collaborating on product design
• Work closely with customers and engineering teams to translate design specifications into functional requirements
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs
• Develop and maintain a cohesive visual design language and ensure consistency across all products
• Collaborate with other customer-facing teams members (e.g., GTM, Customer Success) to align product vision with business goals

Qualifications for the role include:

• 3+ years of experience in product design and development
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Figma
• Proven experience working with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities
