Manage the delivery of new Managed SOC including the implementation of pre-requisite infrastructure, onboarding of log sources, refining uses, integration to Service Management and operational handover to Security OperationsProcurement, implementation and integration of an Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) service into the newly established SOCDay to day management of Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) to deliver to scheduleEstablishing a relationship, collaborating, and driving Security Operations, Network and Infrastructure teamsRun stand ups, maintain schedule, Kanban or Jira boardsRisk and issues management, produce status reportingKey Skills Required:Experience successfully delivering initiatives as a Technical Project ManagerRecent experience delivering SOC/SIEM/XDR Security projectsThe ideal candidate for this role should be familiar with the integration of security technologies within on-premises and cloud environmentExperience with Endpoint Threat Detection and Response (EDR) technology integrations such as FireEye, Crowdstrike, Microsoft DefenderStrong Excel skill required. Pivots, lookups, dynamic reporting and dashboardsDemonstrated use of MS Project, Jira, MS Planner and other planning tools use to manage detailed tasks and overall schedule
