Cubiq has a range of highly successful technical units spanning AI & Data, Software, Cyber and more and we are looking for a technical sales recruiter to enter the team to focus on leveraging current relationships and developing more from a Sales perspective. This role has the scope to own the charter for this area, building out your own team and unit specifically. As a Senior or Principal Consultant at Cubiq your progression route is dictated by your ambitions. Whether that is to build a high performing team as a billing manager route where you will get structured training, support and guidance from experienced leaders or the non-managing route aiming to smash targets and progress. Key Responsibilities: Business development & Client base management across an area/s of technology, Leadership and building of a high performing team if this is the route you choose, Negotiation and agreement of commercial terms and SLAs, Brand presence building, Development of candidate sourcing strategies; including headhunting, social networking and data-mining, Conference attendance and contribution to building Cubiq brands, Offer management and post placement support, Strategic growth of desk and department, Develop candidate network within your niche, Arrange and lead new client meetings.
