Job Description
We are seeking a talented, highly motivated individual who have demonstrated significant academic achievement, intellectual curiosity and an interest in financial services. The internship is designed to give the candidate exposure to data science through projects with senior analysts and researchers on topical research, which may include AI, text mining, machine learning and leading edge technologies. The specific assignments can vary and will be determined in consultation with the Intern.Candidates should be top academic performers, be interested in the investment management industry and meet the following criteria:December 2025 or Spring 2026 Master’s degree candidate in financial engineering, quantitative finance, computer science, statistics, math, or other related quantitative fieldsCumulative GPA of 3.3 or betterDetail-oriented, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to build solutions to complex analytical problems and communicate those solutions both written and verballyProficiency working with large amounts of data, and familiar in techniques to identify structures and patterns in dataPrior exposure to basic modern data science methods and fluency in python is a must. Hands on experience in the use of essential python libraries such as pandas, numpy, sklearn is a strong plus.Job RequirementsCandidates must be available to work full-time from June through August.It is not permissible to simultaneously take academic classes or hold other employment that will conflict with the internship schedule.Selected candidates will need to successfully complete a thorough background check.
