Job Description
As Encord's first GTM Enablement Lead, you will take full ownership of our enablement strategy, building resources and initiatives from the ground up. You'll connect our technical and commercial teams, translating Encord’s cutting-edge technology into compelling, customer-facing narratives to supercharge our GTM team. From Sales to Engineering, you’ll collaborate with all teams at Encord to ensure that our GTM team are maximising the value of all the amazing work that our product and engineering teams are doing. Your work will empower our Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams with the tools they need to drive growth and deepen customer engagement. Encord is at an inflection point — over the last 18 months, we've built a world-class team, raised our $30M Series B (from Next47, YC, Crane) and onboarded hundreds of the leading AI companies onto Encord.
