In this role, you will own Encord’s ‘always-on’ motion. You will own brand awareness and core website traffic metrics and will lead the strategy and execution of our core marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the creation and execution of targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital (SEO/SEM, paid advertising), content, social media, email marketing, and webinars, to drive brand awareness and pipeline generation.
- Managing Encord’s content roadmap and working with external writers to ensure the regular production of high-quality blog content.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, identify trends, measure ROI, and optimize marketing efforts for continuous improvement.
- Monitoring the performance and continuously optimizing the campaigns based on a data-driven approach and learnings from multiple A/B tests.
- Owning the ‘core’ Encord website and developing new and updated landing pages.About You
- You have 3+ years of experience in a growth or marketing role in B2B SaaS.
- You are have experience owning and managing events.
- You have a proven track record of improving conversion rates.
- You are data-driven and obsessed with optimizing owned metrics.
- You are highly organized and structured in your work.
