Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated quality assurance (QA) engineer to join our engineering team and lead our QA efforts. In this role, you will lead and own the quality assurance processes and have a significant impact on our overall engineering organization. You will work closely with our developers, product managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure the highest quality in our features and products.
Orum leverages AI to detect voicemails, filter out bad numbers, and navigate phone directories to get reps into live conversations quickly. Orum allows for calling multiple numbers in parallel, automatically marking dispositions and call outcomes in CRM, and, most importantly, helps its clients speak with more of their prospective clients.
