Job Description
The Member of Technical Staff, Research is responsible for driving improvements to our products from ideation to implementation, involving contributions across the stack. The ideal candidate will be a strong, self-directed engineer with an interest in machine learning research and building great developer tools, and a willingness to jump in where they can make an impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Shepherd improvements from ideation to research infrastructure to production.Find weaknesses in our product experience and identify promising directions for improvements.Build research infrastructure and data pipelines.Design, implement and run machine learning experiments.Production improvements.
Qualifications:
Strong software engineering background.High agency and the willingness to jump into unfamiliar problems.A strong drive to improve developer tools for our users however possible.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience with machine learning engineeringExperience with developer tools
