Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As an SDR, you will play a key role in driving our company’s growth by generating and qualifying new business opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Identify, research, and engage potential clients through outbound prospecting.Manage and maintain an organized pipeline of prospects in the CRM.Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies.Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs for outreach, meetings, and opportunities generated.
Must have
Experience in sales, business development, or a related role (preferably in tech).Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Experience with CRM tools.Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.Founder Mindset - You're here for a reason and ready to take risks for something unknown.Prior experience in SaaS or a tech startup is a plus.
