Micro Mitti is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company’s financial strategy with a strong focus on Private Equity (PE) fundraising, Private Placement, and institutional investment management. The CFO will play a critical role in driving the next phase of the company’s growth by managing financial operations, securing funding, and ensuring long-term financial health. Key Responsibilities: Fundraising & Capital Strategy: Lead and execute strategies for PE fundraising, private placements, and institutional financing. Investor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with PE firms, family offices, HNIs, and institutional investors. Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and investment strategies to drive profitability and growth. Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to all financial regulations, corporate governance standards, and reporting requirements. Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the executive team on strategic decisions related to capital structure, expansion, and mergers & acquisitions. Risk Management: Implement robust financial controls, risk assessment frameworks, and financial reporting systems. Performance Optimization: Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, and resource allocation to maximize financial performance. Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of financial excellence and integrity. Key Qualifications: CA/MBA Finance or equivalent degree with 8+ years of experience in a leadership finance role. Proven track record in PE fundraising, private placements, and institutional investment management. Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and capital market dynamics. Expertise in regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and risk management. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in real estate, Proptech, or investment management sectors preferred.
