Our designers dream it up—you build it out. From sleek animations to CMS integration, video embeds to SEO tweaks, you'll help create digital homes that reflect our clients' unique stories. Are the kind of developer who sees the art in the code, Love collaborating with a creative, fun, and talented team, Communicate clearly and consistently (no ghosting, please!), Takes initiative and pride in delivering great work, Get the details right without losing sight of the big picture. You’ll be doing things like... Building fully custom, responsive websites from scratch (in Webflow), Translating Adobe XD and Figma designs into pixel-perfect web builds, Adding new pages, blog functionality, SEO updates, videos, animations, and more to existing sites, Keeping our clients’ sites looking fresh, fast, and functional. Your toolbox should include: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery, Webflow (a must-have), Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator (basic working knowledge is great). Bonus points if you’ve got: Experience with animation libraries or light motion design chops, A few passion projects or a killer portfolio to show off.
