As a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be pivotal in driving RecordPoint’s growth through strategic outbound prospecting. This is not a high-volume role but rather a highly-targeted, high-impact position where your ability to research, personalize, and engage decision-makers will directly contribute to the company’s success. You will be given the ownership and autonomy to craft and execute creative outbound campaigns, with direct visibility to leadership and cross-functional teams. Your success in this role will be critical to shaping our outbound strategy and opening doors for future revenue growth. Unlike traditional SDR roles, this position requires a thoughtful, research-driven approach, leveraging tools such as handwritten notes, personalized landing pages, and custom messaging tailored to enterprise prospects. You will work closely with Senior Enterprise Account Executives, Marketing, RevOps, and other cross-functional teams to drive pipeline growth and opportunity creation. Additionally, as we refine and prove the success of this model, you will have the opportunity to shape and influence the future of outbound SDRs at RecordPoint, potentially building and leading a larger team. You will be responsible for: Research and identify key accounts and decision-makers within RecordPoint’s target industries. Execute personalized, account-based outreach strategies, utilizing multi-channel engagement (email, phone, LinkedIn, direct mail, and video messaging). Partner closely with Senior Enterprise Account Executives to develop tailored messaging and strategic account penetration plans. Work collaboratively with marketing to support outbound campaigns, utilizing targeted content, webinars, and industry-specific resources. Maintain deep knowledge of RecordPoint’s products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to position solutions effectively. Track all activities and engagement within Salesforce and leverage insights to refine outreach strategies. Conduct ongoing follow-up and nurturing to keep RecordPoint top-of-mind within key accounts. Contribute to the strategic planning of outbound sales motions with potential for future team expansion. You will do: Develop and execute a structured outbound engagement plan for key accounts. Utilize advanced prospecting techniques such as intent-based targeting, AI-driven insights, and social selling. Create and distribute hyper-personalized content, including one-to-one email campaigns and direct mail. Conduct strategic outreach calls to engage decision-makers, build relationships, and qualify potential opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and continuously improve outbound strategies. Participate in regular strategy sessions with AEs to assess outreach effectiveness and pivot tactics as needed. Support the development of a scalable outbound SDR framework, including training, best practices, and performance metrics. Who you are: Experience: 3+ years in an outbound SDR or BDR role, preferably in an enterprise SaaS or complex B2B sales environment. Account-Based Selling: Strong understanding of account-based engagement strategies and personalized outreach methodologies. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging tailored to different personas. Research & Personalization: Proficiency in leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator, intent data, and other prospecting tools to create highly targeted outreach. Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with AEs, Marketing, and RevOps to drive meaningful engagement. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Salesforce, SalesLoft, Outreach, and other sales engagement platforms. Resilience & Adaptability: Thrives in a long sales cycle environment, with patience and strategic thinking to nurture relationships over time.
