The Partnerships Manager is responsible for conducting outbound cold outreach to generate new leads, engaging potential partners, building strong relationships with them, communicating the value of Skylum’s products, and ensuring they become affiliate partners of Skylum. This role is key to driving growth and expanding the company’s market reach. Additionally, you will work closely with lead generation contractors and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of outreach activities to management. Requirements: 1+ years of proven experience in sales/outreach activities. Experienced user of CRM and Partner Management Platform, mass mail software, MS Office, Google Sheets, Docs, etc. Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SE Ranking, SimilarWeb); Prior experience working with influencers and affiliates. Strong email communication, negotiation, and sales skills Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills Results-focused organizational and planning skills Advanced English, and knowledge of additional languages (German, French, Spanish) would be a plus — be ready to have a call with potential partners; Interest in the photo industry and familiarity with photo and AI technologies would be a plus Ability to be proactive, hard-working and responsible. Responsibilities: Outbound communication: Launch cold email campaigns, communicate with potential partners, and negotiate terms of cooperation. Convert leads into registered partners. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach activities and provide regular reports. Share feedback on what’s working and what’s not working, lead the changes, suggest ideas for campaigns, help craft templates, and develop campaign strategies. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, qualification, and partner registrations. Lead Nurturing Develop and maintain a consistent follow-up process to ensure leads are effectively nurtured and converted into partners. Outbound Lead Generation and Qualification Cooperate with contractors and lead generators, and search for new ones to increase the number of leads in the affiliate marketing funnel Validate prospects Research the market and identify potential target customers (ICPs). Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement lead-generation strategies CRM Management: Work with prospects in the CRM system, structure the documentation Enter all required data into the CRM, and spreadsheets, prepare reports, and use other tools necessary for outreach and account management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with prospects in the CRM system.
