Responsibilities: Create styles and presets for Luminar Neo, Aperty and other Skylum products; Research the market for new ideas and inspiration for new templates and creative assets; Monitor the quality of the assets and collect feedback from stakeholders and users; Interact with the team of product and marketing managers - request information on the features that are missing to get quality assets; Search for references and compose concepts for preset packs; Edit photos to match given references; Create and work in various editing styles; Research current trends to develop new ideas for marketing initiatives involving creative assets; Work with analysts and users to assess the quality of created assets; Work with designers and copywriters to create template packs and a good presentation of the story. Knowledge: Having a portfolio is a must; Ability to work in a team; Knowledge and love of image processing; Deep knowledge of Adobe Lightroom for color correction and creative image processing; Knowledge of color implementation; Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and photo retouching; Ability to retouch portraits and landscapes; Experience in creating and using LUTs; High technical literacy and understanding of basic image processing algorithms; Knowledge of English for communication with partners and photographers. It will be a plus: Knowledge and experience with Capture One; Experience as a professional photographer.
