We are looking for a highly organized and creative Social Media Content Manager who can coordinate, strategize, and execute Lyzr’s social media presence. This role is not just about posting—you will act as the bridge between marketing, engineering, and leadership, ensuring that relevant content is regularly shared on social channels while keeping an eye on trends and AI industry updates. Key Responsibilities: Content Coordination & Project Management: Ensure at least one high-quality post per week across key social media platforms. Work closely with the marketing, engineering, and leadership teams to source and shape content ideas. Track content pipeline, making sure that everyone contributes timely. Manage approvals and feedback loops efficiently. Content Strategy & Ideation: Research and suggest new post ideas based on industry trends, AI updates, and company activities. Identify engaging formats (e.g., carousels, video snippets, LinkedIn articles, Twitter threads). Stay ahead of trending topics in AI, automation, and agent frameworks to keep Lyzr’s content relevant. Scheduling & Execution: Use scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later to plan and automate posts. Ensure that content is optimized for each platform (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). Monitor engagement and tweak content formats or posting times for better reach. Performance Tracking & Optimization: Analyze content performance (likes, shares, comments, impressions) and suggest improvements. Identify which content resonates most with Lyzr’s audience and double down on what works. Qualifications & Skills: 1.5+ years of experience in social media management, content strategy, or digital marketing. Strong understanding of AI, automation, and emerging trends (experience with AI tools is a big plus). Proficiency in social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.). Familiarity with ChatGPT, Midjourney, or other generative AI tools for content generation. Basic design skills (Canva, Figma) and an eye for visual storytelling. Excellent written and communication skills—ability to draft concise, engaging social copy. Strong project management skills—experience coordinating content calendars and working across teams. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and iterating quickly. Preferred But Not Required: Experience in B2B SaaS or AI startups. Knowledge of SEO for social media and community engagement strategies. Familiarity with Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and AI-focused communities.
