Job Description
We're seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Manager to grow and drive demand, with a primary focus on the DACH region. In this role, you will create and manage B2B field marketing campaigns to drive high-quality leads for our DACH commercial team. You’ll lead the planning and execution of these campaigns while working cross-functionally with the marketing, sales, and customer success to reach the right audience at the right time. We want someone with a strong sense of ownership who expects to be hands-on from start to finish.
The role:
Develop integrated field programs, mapping audience-centric themes to target audiences throughout the buying cycle to achieve pipeline creation and revenue goals for specific customer segmentsWork closely with our sales and customer success team and forge strong communication and processes between teamsExecute regional field marketing campaigns including, but not limited to trade shows, owned events, user conferences, webinars, and other lead generation activitiesPlan and execute marketing strategy with other marketing team membersContinuously measure, manage and appropriately adjust campaign effectiveness: lead generation performance; lead conversion ratios; sales cycle conversionsExpand and adapt that strategy based on learnings and analysis of sales and marketing data—both internally collected and available industry standardsTravel between our European and US offices in addition to the events you will be organizing. It's essential that you're open and willing to travel as and when required
Essential Skills and Experience:
Knowledge of HubSpot/SFDCGerman language nativeStrong written and verbal communicationStrong attention to detail, accuracy and creative skills BA/BS degree, preferably in marketing, PR or business3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B marketing including specific experience with multi-touch campaigns, events, demand generation, and multi-channelExperience working closely with all business/sales development reps and sales teams to solicit feedback and ensure quality of leadsDeep understanding of how to manage and optimize the lead handoff from marketing to sales.Demonstrated success working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity—both internally and externallyExperience in the software industry sector, highly desirableDemonstrated track record of generating innovative content and campaigns that exceed target goals
