Job Description
As Founding Account Executive, you'll work directly with the founders to spearhead our sales efforts and help define our go-to-market strategy at Delphina. You will be prospecting new design partners and customers and helping us build top of funnel with our target ICP customers. As our first sales hire, you will have a unique opportunity to shape our sales playbook as we move from founder sales to a repeatable sales process. You will help us experiment with different sales strategies to optimize our sales plays. You will be directly involved in key hires as we build out other Go-To-Market functions. Building and maintaining a pipeline of mid-market technology companies (200-2,000 employees) with expansion into enterprise accounts in the near future. Developing deep relationships with data science and engineering leaders to understand their pain points and demonstrate how Delphina solves critical problems. Working closely with product and engineering to deliver customer feedback and insights that drive product development. Creating repeatable, scalable sales processes that will serve as the foundation for our growing sales organization. Collaborating across the company to continuously improve our value proposition and competitive positioning.
