Job Description
We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Associate who’s comfortable working with data, tools, and tight timelines. This role is hands-on: - you’ll be running outbound campaigns, building prospect lists, setting up workflows, and digging into metrics to figure out what’s working and what’s not. You’ll work closely with marketing and sales to make sure we’re targeting the right people and using the right channels. If you’re organized, analytical, and like making systems run better, this role will give you a solid foundation in growth and ops within a fast-moving team.

Skills & Qualifications1-2 years in marketing analytics or campaign managementStrong data analysis skills with ability to deliver actionable recommendationsExperience with audience segmentation and database managementExcellent attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
Good to HaveExperience with Hubspot or similar marketing automation platformsFamiliarity with B2B marketing and sales processesBasic SQL knowledge for data queryingExperience with digital campaign optimization
