We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic SDR that is driven by change. Working directly with the sales team you will be responsible for generating leads and qualifying prospects. As each prospective client is different, we are seeking an SDR that thinks creatively to tailor their approach to each unique opportunity, and building relationships is at the forefront of that. Responsibilities: Strategic Collaboration: Actively collaborate with commercial and sales teams to develop and implement tailored strategies. Craft compelling messages and target lists to spark new sales opportunities and stimulate growth. Dynamic Campaign Management: Lead both inbound and outbound campaigns with innovative precision, identifying key decision-makers and effectively qualifying leads to maximize impact and reach within your territory. Lead Qualification Excellence: Apply strict criteria to assess lead potential, ensuring efficient progression to business developers for enhanced conversion. This requires meticulous attention to detail and a proactive stance in fostering promising connections. Account Research and Development: Conduct thorough research into account details to broaden your influence. Use strategic contact additions and personalized email campaigns to enrich the pipeline with premium prospects.
