Position Overview:We're seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team, serving students in Greensville, Virginia. This role offers flexibility, with options for on-site or remote teletherapy sessions. As an SLP with us, you'll have the opportunity to utilize Liricare's teletherapy platform at no cost, enhancing your service delivery and expanding your reach.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assessments:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.

• Provide evidence-based therapy to address speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.

1. Collaboration:

• Work closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, contributing valuable insights.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Valid Virginia state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
• Experience in a school setting is highly valued.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
