We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Intune Setup and Day-to-Day Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in setting up Microsoft Intune from scratch, managing and configuring policies, access, and users. Expertise in Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Trainual, AWS DevOps, and server management is a good to have. Responsibilities as a Microsoft InTune Deployment & Maintenance Executive: Responsible for ensuring the setup and configuration of Microsoft Intune, ensuring it integrates seamlessly with existing Windows, Mac, IOS and Android systems and infrastructure. Develop and enforce comprehensive Intune policies covering device compliance, application management, and security, while managing user access and permissions through role-based controls. Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effectively with IT and other departments, you will oversee the smooth deployment and operation of Intune, providing expert training and support to end-users. Responsibilities also include staying current with Intune updates and industry trends, incorporating new features into the environment, and maintaining thorough documentation to support consistency and knowledge sharing. Utilize Microsoft 365 tools and services, including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams, to enhance productivity and collaboration within the organization. Configure and manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings across Microsoft 365 applications. Develop and implement strategies for data migration and integration between Microsoft 365 services and other systems. Provide technical support and training to employees on Microsoft 365 tools and best practices. Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft 365 services to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime. AND GOOD TO HAVE: Familiarity with HubSpot CRM, Trainual, and AWS DevOps, with the ability to manage and optimize these platforms effectively. HubSpot CRM Management: Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM for marketing, sales, and customer service activities. Integrate HubSpot CRM with other systems and processes to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency. Customize CRM workflows, dashboards, and reporting to meet the specific needs of the organization. Analyze CRM data to provide insights and recommendations for improving sales and marketing strategies. Train and support users on HubSpot CRM functionalities and best practices. Trainual Implementation: Implement and maintain Trainual for employee training and onboarding processes, ensuring the platform is up-to-date and effective.
