WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking a qualified and mid-level Online Web and Digital Developer to join our dynamic team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES As a senior-level Online Web and Digital Developer, you will be responsible for ensuring the creation and enhancement of intuitive, user-friendly cloud-based technology solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective design strategies and user experience improvements, focusing on mobile and web-based applications. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Investigate user experience design requirements for our digital products. Explore and utilize new AI tools like FlutterFlow, Builder.app, and Bravo Studio. Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy. Design UI elements such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets. Test UI elements like CTAs, banners, page layouts, designs, flows, and target links. Collaborate with the marketing team and designers to create tailored digital experiences. Provide advice on UX research methodologies and testing activities. Adhere to style standards in typography and graphic design. QUALIFICATIONS Portfolio required: Behance link or a portfolio website. Minimum of 3 years of experience in mobile and web UI/UX design. Portfolio showcasing professional UI/UX design work for web and mobile platforms. Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills. Team player with the ability to work independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Figma, Design Systems, Information Architecture, User Interface Design, and User Interaction Design. Expertise in prototyping, wireframing, layout design, typography, color theory, and iconography. Knowledge of FlutterFlow is an advantage. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT: Graduate of BS Fine Arts, Design or equivalent.
