Sr. Front End Engineer

In this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to build elegant and responsive user experiences that make software engineering more joyful. You’ll be tasked with building robust front-end systems that are flexible and lay the foundation for us to support new features and visualizations as our product evolves. Example projects: • Develop elegant and responsive user experiences • Collect, parse, and ideate on feedback generated from internal and external users • Collaborate with our product design team to transform promising ideas into new product features • Build and improve our state management system to handle numerous asynchronous requests and work around varying model latencies • Help develop new features that change the way users create, modify and interact with code You are: • Energized by making elegant user experiences • Motivated by talking to users and understanding their needs • Someone that loves to sweat the details • Able to navigate ambiguity and work independently • Experienced with Typescript and React Compensation and Benefits • Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits • Generous budget for self-improvement: coaching, courses, conferences, etc • Actively co-create and participate in a positive, intentional team culture • Frequent team events, dinners, off-sites, and hanging out • Compensation packages are highly variable based on a variety of factors. If your salary requirements fall outside of the stated range, we still encourage you to apply. The salary range for this role is $170,000–$350,000.
