Job Title: HR Executive Recruiter
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end to end recruitment for Middle and Senior level both IT and non-IT positions to fulfil the internal requirements of the company.
- Posting vacancies on the job portals, company s careers page, social media, job boards and internally and Mass Mailing so as to reach out to a maximum qualified pool of candidates.
- Making cold calls, Scheduling and managing monthly recruitment drives.
- Providing shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Managing the database, Candidate Trackers and MIS reports on a daily and weekly basis.
- Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire.
Prerequisites:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Basic Qualification Graduation from any technical Stream. (preferred)
- Basic computer skills; Word, Excel experience preferred and Strong keyboarding skills.
- Should have effective Convincing and negotiation skills to impress and attract top talent.
