Job Description
Letmetalk is seeking a creative and driven Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our creative process, you will design impactful ad creatives, and engaging presentations, and contribute to brand development projects. You’ll collaborate with multiple team members to ensure cohesive and high-performing visuals.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about design and marketing, with experience in direct-response marketing and high-ticket coaching being a major plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Ad Design: Create visually compelling ad creatives for various digital platforms.Presentation Design: Develop engaging presentations for internal and external use, including designing visual elements for Video Sales Letters (VSLs).Branding: Lead the creation of branding projects to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. You will also support Letmetalk’s internal branding initiatives.Collaboration: Work closely with the production team, copywriter, media buyer, account manager, video editor, and strategist to bring campaigns and creative concepts to life.Performance Analysis: Analyze the performance of designs and make key optimization decisions to improve overall results.Innovation: Contribute fresh ideas and design solutions to improve our overall creative output.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in graphic designProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and CanvaStrong portfolio showcasing design work, ad creatives, and branding projectsBonus: experience with animation, video editing, copywriting, or marketing strategyFamiliarity with direct-response marketing and high-ticket coaching is a plusExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesStrategic thinking with a creative flairProactive, results-oriented, and performance-driven attitudeAbility to work collaboratively in a remote/hybrid teamStrong ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesFully bilingual in English and French REQUIRED.
