We are seeking a highly motivated CRM & Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team at Letmetalk. As the go-to expert for technical solutions and automation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly. You will work closely with our sales reps and other team members to streamline processes, build efficient systems, and solve technical challenges using no-code tools.This position requires the candidate to be fully bilingual in English and French.Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support: Communicate with sales reps to resolve various technical issues within the GoHighLevel CRM.
Lead Management: Assign leads to sales reps and perform various CRM manipulations to optimize sales processes.
Automation Creation: Develop no-code automations within GoHighLevel to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
Software Integration: Utilize tools like Zapier, Make, or other no-code integration platforms to connect systems and streamline operations.
Solution Architecture: Design and implement automated solutions to address operational challenges or repetitive tasks.
Proactive Optimization: Proactively identify areas for improvement and build automations and integrations to enhance business operations.
Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth operation by monitoring workflows, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining organized event flows.
Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data and event flows to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and proper organization.
Process Optimization: Continuously seek opportunities to save time, optimize processes, and increase productivity.
Additional Responsibilities: Take on various tasks as needed to support the team and company goals.Qualifications:
Proven experience in CRM management, particularly with GoHighLevel.
Strong proficiency in no-code automation tools such as Zapier, Make, etc.
Experience in creating and managing automations and integrations across various platforms.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to architect and implement automated solutions.
Ability to work independently, proactively identify issues, and optimize processes.
Skilled in Excel/Google Sheets
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work closely with sales reps and other team members.
Fully bilingual in English and French REQUIRED.
