Job Description
- Design and build Native applications for iOS Platform
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Collaborate with a team to define, design, ship new features and Apps
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
- Ready to work on individual as well as team projects
- Passionate about writing clean, well organized, and production-ready code
- Evaluate strategies and make recommendations on changes and improvements
- Constant monitoring and learning of new technologies and the market landscape
- Keep up with emerging trends in UI design and engineering best practices
Job Skills
- Proficient with Objective-C, Swift, and Cocoa Touch
- Experience with AutoLayout, Storyboard and Xib
- Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, AVFoundation, Photokit
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning. Experience with debugging, performance and memory tuning with tools such as Instruments, Debugger, Object Memory Graph And View Hierarchy
- Familiarity with in-App and subscriptions
- Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines
- Knowledge of Action Extensions, DarkMode, Cloud Platforms like Firebase, AWS will be added advantage
- Knack for benchmarking and optimization
- Must be Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of multi-tier architectures, design patterns and good engineering practices
