Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon to enhance visibility and drive sales.Conduct keyword research to ensure listings are fully optimized for SEO.Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer reviews, and competitor trends.Handle order processing, refunds, and customer service inquiries promptly and professionally.Assist with inventory management, tracking stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.Support promotional campaigns and strategies, including Amazon Ads.Generate regular reports on account performance and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing Amazon accounts or e-commerce operations.Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and its tools.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Proficiency in Excel and other data management tools.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Amazon Ads and campaign management.Knowledge of e-commerce trends and best practices.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
