Key Responsibilities:Content Writing & Marketing (60%)
- Develop high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized technical content, including: White papers, case studies, and blog posts. Website content, landing pages, and marketing collateral.
- LinkedIn posts and thought leadership articles targeting decision-makers.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex solutions into easy-to-understand content for different target audiences.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to increase content visibility.
- Manage and update content calendars, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Assist the sales team by creating persuasive pitch decks, proposals, and client presentations.Business Analysis (40%)
- Work closely with clients to gather and document business requirements for IT services, eCommerce solutions, and AI & ML.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between client needs and delivered solutions.
- Analyse and map business processes to identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical and development teams to ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Assist in creating business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and user stories.RequirementsEducation: B.Tech (preferably in Computer Science/IT) + MBA (Marketing/Business Analytics preferred)1-3 years of experience in a content writing or technical writing role, preferably in the IT services or eCommerce domain.Exposure to business analysis or client-facing roles will be an added advantage.
