We are hiring our first dedicated Solutions Consultant / Implementation Specialist, who will own the post-sales implementation process and help define the playbook for future hires. This role is perfect for someone who has a strong understanding of accounting workflows and ERPs, thrives in fast-paced startup environments, and enjoys working directly with customers to solve problems. What You'll Do: Become a Product Expert – Develop a deep understanding of Truewind’s platform to provide technical and functional guidance to customers. Lead New Customer Onboarding – Own the full 4-6 week onboarding process, from account setup to guiding customers through their first month-end close to ensure they reach the 'aha moment.' And figure out how to shorten the process! Conduct Live & Recorded Trainings – Deliver high-quality training sessions and create video tutorials & documentation to scale the onboarding process. Manage Customer Configurations – Set up customer accounts, configure settings, and ensure they can successfully integrate Truewind into their accounting workflows. Handle Implementation Support & Troubleshooting – Resolve any onboarding issues, escalate product gaps to engineering, and ensure a smooth transition to the customer success team. Bridge Sales & Product Development – Join sales calls to answer product questions, document feedback from onboarding sessions, and work with product & engineering to refine our roadmap. Establish Best Practices – Define and improve internal implementation processes to create a repeatable and scalable onboarding experience. What We're Looking For: Must-Haves: ✅ Accounting or ERP Experience – Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, NetSuite, or similar systems. Prior experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or ERP implementation specialist is highly preferred. ✅ Customer-Facing Experience – You have strong communication & presentation skills, with a proven ability to work with clients in a solutions-oriented role. ✅ Tech-Savvy Problem Solver – You can troubleshoot product issues and navigate complex financial workflows. ✅ Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented – You document your work, track customer progress, and ensure transparency in the onboarding pipeline. ✅ Fast-Paced & Adaptable – You thrive in a 0-to-1 startup environment where ambiguity, iteration, and problem-solving are part of the daily work. Nice-to-Haves: ➕ CPA or ERP Certifications – CPA, QuickBooks ProAdvisor, NetSuite Consultant, or other relevant certifications. ➕ B2B SaaS Implementation Experience – Experience onboarding accounting firms or financial teams onto SaaS platforms. ➕ Understanding of Different Business Models – Ability to adapt implementation strategies based on how different businesses use accounting tech stacks. ➕ Leadership Potential – Interest in growing and managing a future team of implementation specialists.
