Responsibilities
Own and drive the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing top talent.Build a strong talent pipeline by proactively identifying and engaging with potential candidates.Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across multiple roles.Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and align on hiring strategies.Enhance the candidate experience by ensuring smooth, transparent, and engaging communication throughout the hiring process.Track key recruiting metrics and continuously optimize the hiring process for efficiency and quality.Promote and strengthen Botpress’s employer brand through social media, events, and partnerships.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related fieldExperience hiring for technical and non-technical roles in a SaaS or startup environment is a plusStrong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, etc.)Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and hiring best practicesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsPassion for AI, technology, and high-growth startups
