Job Description
Integration Specialist (IBM Sterling Integrator, Gentran, Java, AWS, Python)The ideal candidate will have expertise in IBM Sterling Integrator and Gentran Integration Suite, as well as experience with Java, AWS, and PythonExperience: 3-4 years of experience in integration development or a related role, with hands-on experience in IBM Sterling and Gentran.Experience with B2B integrations and EDI transaction setups.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Development and Management:
Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using IBM Sterling Integrator and Gentran Integration Suite.Configure, test, and deploy B2B and EDI transactions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes to ensure efficient data flow and resolve any issues promptly.
Java and Python Development:
Utilize Java and Python to create custom scripts and components for integration solutions.Optimize code for performance and scalability, ensuring that solutions can handle the required transaction volumes. Cloud Integration with AWS:
Implement and manage integration solutions on AWS, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and efficient.Work with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, EC2, and RDS to develop cloud-based integration solutions.
System Optimization and Troubleshooting:
Analyze and optimize integration workflows for performance improvements.Conduct root cause analysis and provide timely resolution for integration-related issues.
Documentation and Compliance:
Document all integration processes, configurations, and code modifications.Ensure that integration solutions adhere to security, compliance, and industry best practices.
Technical Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Integrator and Gentran Integration Suite.Proficiency in Java and Python programming languages.Solid understanding of AWS cloud services and architecture.Familiarity with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) standards and protocols.AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect (Associate level or higher).Experience with additional scripting languages (e.g., Bash or Shell scripting).Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services integration.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
