Reporting to the SVP Marketing, we are hiring a new Director, Integrated Marketing. As the new Director, Integrated Marketing, you will be at the heart of our marketing strategy, responsible for crafting and executing multi-channel campaigns that align with our vision and goals. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will collaborate with teams across illumin to uncover insights for developing marketing and branding strategies for existing and new products. You will build and help execute cohesive, high-impact marketing plans that engage our target audience and drive measurable results.
How you will make an impact:
Lead integrated marketing campaigns. You will develop and execute multi-channel initiatives that combine creative, digital, event, and content elements, ensuring alignment with illumin’s business objectives. You will oversee test and control group segmentation, A/B testing, tracking, reporting, and analysis to optimize performance.Drive lead generation. You will identify the best go-to-market strategies, integrating events, paid media, SEM, and organic channels to maximize lead generation and pipeline growth.Collaborate across teams. You will work closely with creative, event, and product marketing teams to develop and execute cohesive digital campaigns. You will manage the full campaign lifecycle, from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.Ensure brand consistency. You will maintain a high standard of brand integrity across all marketing channels, ensuring every campaign reflects illumin’s voice, values, and market positioning.Leverage market intelligence. You will stay ahead of industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitor movements to shape marketing strategies. You will analyze key performance metrics, conduct market research, and translate insights into actionable marketing plans.Use data to drive decisions. You will track campaign performance, assess ROI, and refine strategies based on analytics. You will work with the team to monitor monthly results and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Align marketing efforts with business goals. You will collaborate with senior leadership, sales, and product teams to ensure marketing initiatives drive measurable business outcomes.Own content strategy and execution. You will work with the Content and PR Manager to shape the content calendar, guide campaign messaging, and ensure content is engaging, targeted, and effective.Champion the illumin brand. You will act as a brand advocate internally and externally, representing illumin at industry events, trade shows, and conferences. You will prepare engaging displays, collateral, and post-event analysis to enhance brand presence.
What you bring:
Expertise in marketing strategy and execution. You have a proven track record in senior marketing roles, leading successful campaigns across digital, content, and social media marketing. You understand the entire marketing funnel and how to leverage different channels for maximum impact. Experience with DSPs is essential—you have used them in your current role and know how they work. A background in creative direction, content management systems, HTML, or design software is a plus.A hands-on, results-driven approach. You bring a ‘can-do’ execution mindset and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves. You can build and manage marketing plans from end to end—setting strategies, managing timelines and budgets, and reporting on performance. You assess data to measure ROI and continuously optimize campaigns for better results.Strong collaboration and leadership skills. You build trusting, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor and influencing decisions.
