Finance Product Manager Intern

The Job: 

As a Finance & Accounting Product Manager Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in product management by assisting in the development, enhancement, and market positioning of accounting and financial management solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze customer needs, and contribute to product strategy while applying your accounting knowledge to drive innovation. 

What you will be doing: 

• Apply your accounting knowledge to analyze customer needs, financial regulations, and industry trends. 

• Assist in designing automation features that enhance financial reporting, reconciliation, and auditing processes. 

• Conduct market research on financial software trends and competitor analysis. 

• Define product requirements based on customer feedback and industry best practices. 

• Assist in documenting user stories and requirements for accounting-related features. 

• Participate in testing and validating accounting workflows, reporting accuracy, and automation tools. 

• Help create training materials and documentation for accounting teams using the software.

Requirements: 

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting 

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills. 

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities. 

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) is desirable. 

• Understanding Office 360.
