As a Technical Application Specialist, you will identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to Vision ERP software, providing ongoing technical support to our customers in the automotive parts field. You will be responsible for acting as a direct resource for our customers, ensuring their systems run smoothly and efficiently. We are seeking applicants with strong problem-solving skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a solid understanding of ERP systems.

What you will be doing:

• Acquire and maintain current knowledge of Vision ERP software.
• Provide software and hardware support for existing customers.
• Diagnose technical and/or system problems via phone, email, or chat; troubleshoot, repair, and test solutions; fully document and escalate if necessary.
• Follow procedures to troubleshoot client-server software application issues involving Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Server, and network printers.
• Stay up-to-date with software updates and changes to provide timely and accurate solutions to customers.
• Contribute to and use the department's knowledge base articles and FAQs.
