Role IntroductionWe are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Head of Brand & Communications to build, shape, and amplify our brand narrative and drive impactful communication strategies. What will you do @ OnlineSales.ai?
Brand Strategy & Management:
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's overall vision, mission, and business objectives.
Define and maintain the brand's voice, visual identity, and messaging guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and growth.
Oversee the development of brand assets, including logos, style guides, templates, and marketing collateral.
Content Creation & Storytelling:
Develop and distribute engaging content in several formats, such as articles, blogs, and social media.
Oversee the creation and distribution of case studies and success stories to showcase the brand's impact.
Ensure consistent and engaging external-facing communications.
Public Relations & Communications:
Develop and execute a proactive PR strategy to build and maintain a positive brand reputation and generate media coverage.
Cultivate strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, influencers, and industry analysts.
Craft compelling press releases, media pitches, and thought leadership content to secure positive media placements.
Manage crisis communications and respond effectively to media inquiries and public relations issues.
Oversee internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged with the company's brand and initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement & Liaison:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all brand and communication-related inquiries.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Product, HR) to ensure brand alignment and consistency.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements.
Team Leadership & Development:
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing brand and communications team.
Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Set clear goals and performance expectations, providing regular feedback and coaching.
Manage the brand and communications budget effectively.
Measurement & Reporting:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of brand and communication initiatives.
Monitor media coverage, brand sentiment, and social media engagement.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on brand performance and PR results.
You will be a great fit, if you have:
6+ years of experience in brand management, communications, and public relations, preferably in [Insert Industry - e.g., Technology, SaaS, Finance].
Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and PR campaigns.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
Strong media relations skills and established relationships with key journalists and influencers.
Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into impactful brand and communication strategies.
Creative and innovative, with a passion for building and elevating brands.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with [Insert Relevant Tools/Software - e.g., PR software, media monitoring tools, social media management platforms].
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
