About the Role

Abnormal AI is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Data Security team. 

The Data Security team’s mission is to safeguard the entire lifecycle of Abnormal AI’s customer data through robust Security and Privacy standards and data governance platform solutions. Our customer data, once onboarded to Abnormal products, must be secured and protected by strict enforcement of Zero Trust Data Access - Authentication, Authorization, and Auditability (AAA).

You'll be the leader of this team, which comes with the responsibility for the end goal and the autonomy to chart the course, drive execution & build the team you need. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with a distributed team, will have led backend engineering teams before in enterprise environments and hired experienced engineers.
