DashPass aims to be the most rewarding membership program in local commerce, offering unparalleled Savings, best-in-class Service, and exclusive Access to merchants and items. Analytics is a key player on the DashPass team, whose aim is to increase the value of the program and the size of the membership.

About the Role

We are looking for a Data Science Team Lead / Sr Manager (exact title TBD) to support the DashPass Growth and Partnerships pods. Those two pods are responsible for some of the key strategic initiatives in support of the growth of DashPass overall membership, with frequent exposure to DoorDash C-suite. The role will interface with senior leaders on the Product and Strategy teams, and actively participate in shaping the roadmap. It is a management position, but still largely hands-on. 

We are looking for someone with exceptional product and business intuition, superior analytical skills, great collaboration aptitudes, strong technical abilities, and an insatiable curiosity; someone who is excited to dive into the data, extract insights, and use those to form a perspective on the product and influence the roadmap.
