Job Overview:

The purpose of this role is to design, implement, and provide ongoing support for Delivery & Operational reporting and analytical insights as part of the U.S. & Canada RBU Analytics Hub. The Analytics Hub serves as a central reporting and analytics function across the USCAN RBU, offering business and operational insights to stakeholders in GTM, Commercial Operations, Finance, and Delivery Operations. It is responsible for developing forward-looking and predictive insights to support the RBU’s executive team in executing their strategic priorities. This role will propose and develop data analytics visualizations, advanced analytics models and insights that provide timely information-based input to decision-makers in order to address complex business problems and issues.

This individual will be the responsible for developing standard reporting and metrics, explanatory, predictive and prescriptive models on topics that include delivery and operations project performance, resource management/utilization, and labor dynamics across all USCAN RBU business lines.
