As the Head of AI Operations, you will be a dedicated bold, AI champion driving the adoption, optimization, and strategic evolution of AI across all internal teams at JustAnswer. To meet our ambitious AI aspirations, we need a full-time leader with a clear mandate to accelerate AI's impact. Thie role will lead strategic programs, reimagine organizational practices, manage cross-functional efforts, and ensure alignment with our company’s mission and values. 

Key Responsibilities

• AI Strategy and Program Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with organizational goals. Lead cross-departmental AI efforts, ensuring cohesive execution and measurable outcomes. 
• AI Tool Assessment and Optimization: Conduct end-to-end evaluations of AI tools in use across the organization to identify opportunities for optimization. Provide actionable insights on AI spending and the value derived, enabling data-driven investment decisions.
