As the Global Internal Communications Director, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll play a critical role in aligning employees with company strategy, fostering a strong culture, and ensuring effective communication across regions, teams, and leadership levels. Your work will enhance transparency, clarity, engagement, and alignment in a fast-moving business. In this role you will have the chance to:

1. Amplify Executive Voice. Develop and execute major internal communications programs (e.g., company-wide town halls, leadership updates, strategic initiative rollouts) that ensure alignment across 1,500 employees globally.
2. Influence Change Management. Partner with HR, Strategy, and Executive Leadership to develop and execute internal communication plans for major organizational changes, such as M&A, restructuring, new go-to-market strategies, or leadership transitions.
