The Director of Engineering for AI and Data Technology will lead the vision, strategy, and execution for Omada’s AI and data platforms, driving innovation and operational excellence across analytics, data science, and machine learning initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Roadmap and Vision: Define and drive the strategic roadmap for AI and data technologies, ensuring alignment with business goals and shaping the technical vision for cutting-edge AI, generative models, and data platform advancements.

Enterprise Data and AI Platforms: Establish scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade platforms that enable analytics, machine learning, and operational insights, optimizing systems for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with cross-functional leaders to anticipate business needs, align priorities, and enable strategic decision-making through innovative data solutions.

Team Leadership and Development: Lead, inspire, and grow a world-class engineering team, fostering collaboration, technical excellence, and professional development while driving team performance and hiring.
