The Challenge

We're looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead a team of Territory AEs in the AMER Enterprise East BU. In this role, you will manage a team who act as trusted advisors, providing exceedingly high standards of customer service to OneTrust’s Accounts. You’ll build collaborative relationships across the organization that allow you to build and scale your team’s book of business, representing OneTrust with whitespace prospects and expanding share of wallet with existing customers. 

OneTrust is a fast-growing SaaS enterprise platform with a strong growth trajectory. We invest heavily in our Sales Team through demand generation, methodology-driven sales philosophy, weekly sales trainings, customer-driven roadmaps, and a readily-available executive team to help close deals. 

This is a high TCV opportunity with uncapped commission and a competitive salary. 

Your Mission

In this role you will drive organizational strategy, influence senior leadership, innovate new processes, and have heavy involvement in sales plan creation, sales strategy, territory and account plan management and customer segmentation.
