Job Summary

Scale’s AI Training Consultants are critical in delivering high-quality AI projects to our customers. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Strategic Projects Lead (SPL) to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of AI-generated data. Your responsibilities will include auditing data, coaching contributors, troubleshooting pipelines, and optimizing workflows to enhance performance.

This role requires close collaboration with our Gen AI Operations team and blends the analytical skills of a software engineer with an operator's adaptability and problem-solving mindset. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments.
