We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Principal Data Science Engineer with a strong interest in AI/ML and advanced analytics to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing and applying data science techniques to solve complex customer problems. This role will involve hands-on experience in machine learning, statistical analysis, and data-driven decision-making to help shape the data strategy and drive insights from large, diverse datasets.  This position will be onsite in Tysons Corner, VA.

What You Will Do:

• Collaborate with data and subject matter experts and customer teams to seek, understand, validate, interpret, and correctly use data and business insights
• Train, validate and deploy machine learning pipelines
• Test, troubleshoot, and enhance customer software applications with and on behalf of customers
• Identify application performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations
• Write application specifications, tutorials and documentation
