Bucknell University Small Business Development Center seeks a Client Engagement & Events Coordinator. This role requires strong organizational, communication, customer service and technical skills to enhance client engagement and streamline center operations. It is an ideal position for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and client-focused professional who thrives at the intersection of business support, event coordination and digital marketing while ensuring impactful, well-executed experiences.
This is a full-time, benefits eligible position with the Bucknell University Small Business Development Center (SBDC). The SBDC values diversity in its workforce, and all staff contribute to the center’s efforts to reach and engage the increasingly diverse clientele of our region. This position reports to the Assistant Director of the SBDC.
The work location for this position is in person, at offices in downtown Lewisburg, as well as periodic travel to sites across the center’s six-county service area of central Pennsylvania. This position is funded primarily by grant funds through at least June of 2026, and while SBDC has operated continually at Bucknell with the support of similar grant funds since 1978, this position is contingent upon the continuation of these annual grant awards.
